அட அப்படியா ? ஏன் மறுத்தார் கண்ணப்பன் ?

சென்னை மாநகர காவல் ஆணையாளர் திரிபாதி மாற்றப்பட்டு, ஜார்ஜ் பதவியேற்றதும், மேலும் அதிரடி மாற்றங்களைச் செய்து அருள்மிகு அம்மாவிடம் நல்ல பெயர் வாங்க வேண்டும் என்று முடிவெடுத்திருக்கிறாராம். அதற்காக, உள்துறைச் செயலாளருக்கு அனுப்பியுள்ள கடிதத்தில், கூடுதல் காவல் ஆணையாளர் தாமரைக் கண்ணனை மாற்றி விட்டு, வடக்கு மண்டல ஐஜியாக உள்ள கண்ணப்பனை போட வேண்டும் என்றும், மேலும் பல துணை ஆணையர்களை மாற்ற வேண்டும் எனவும் கருத்துரு அனுப்பியுள்ளார்.

ஆனால், சென்னை மாநகர சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு கூடுதல் ஆணையாளராக நியமிக்கப்படுவதற்கு கண்ணப்பன் மறுப்பு தெரிவித்துள்ளார். இந்தப் பதவிக்கு வருகிறீர்களா என்று உள்துறைச் செயலாளர் கேட்டதற்கு, எனக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் இல்லாத பதவிக்கு நியமியுங்கள். சென்னை மாநகர கூடுதல் ஆணையர் பதவி வேண்டாம் என்று கூறியுள்ளாராம்.

கண்ணப்பன் ஏன் இப்பதவி வேண்டாம் என்று விசாரித்தபோது, தற்போது சென்னை மாநகர உளவுத் துறையின் இணை ஆணையராக வந்துள்ள வரதராஜுவோடு பணியாற்ற முடியாது என்பதாலேயே என்கிறது காவல்துறை வட்டாரங்கள். ஜாங்கிட்டுக்கு மிகவும் நெருக்கமான வரதராஜு, உளவுத்துறை இணை ஆணையராக தனக்கு ஒத்துழைப்பு கொடுக்கமாட்டார் என்று கண்ணப்பன் நம்புவதாக தகவல்கள் கூறுகின்றன. அப்படியா ?

சார், உங்களை போன்றவர்கள் உயர்பதவிக்கு வந்தால் அந்த பதவிக்கே மரியாதை...மக்கள் நலன் கருதி பெரிய பொறுப்புக்கு நீங்கள் வர வேண்டும். மக்கள் இன்னமும் காவல் துறை மீது மரியாதை வைப்பதற்கு நீங்களும் ஒரு காரணம்.

It is a fact that S.R>Jangid is a hardcore fanatic of DMK as a result of which he was shunted out to Nagerkoil Transport. Vaadaraju IPS had acted as apuppet to Jangid when the latter was Sub Urban Commissioner. But during the recent Kudangulam operations it so happened that Varadharaju IPS impressed ADGP George during his visits there as a result of which Varadaraju was brought in to Intelligence Section as JCP. Jangid meanwhile is very shrewd and is keeping a very low profile not to rub the Govt on the wrong side. But anyhow many Police Analysts count this move as an indirect voctory to jangid. Since from nowon all Govt matters relating to Chennai City will start flowing to Jangid via Varadaraju. In other ways george IPS has simply played into the waiting hands of Jangid. Though george happens to be Jangid's senior and his former IGP in North Zone. Jangid on the other hand never considers George IPS on par with him talent-wise which anyhow isnt a reality but a myth. Many Police officials wonder as to what the SB CID top sleuths have been doing when Varadaraju was posted to Intelligence Section. This is a Round-1 victory to DMK and moreso to Jangid IPS. Who knows if the JCP/IS clings on to his posting and happens to grease tha palms of the CM Office and Home Jangid would get revereted to City police as a Top Cop or as ADGP/L&O. Jayalalitha and AIADMK Govt which is very keen to keep the DMK at bay in all matters have dug their own graves in posting Varadaraju IPS. Hope atleast the present COP George IPS keeps Varadaraju at an arms distance, otherwise his tenure and Jaya's name wiuld be smirched in no time....Will the Govt act soon?

திரு.கண்ணப்பன் பார்ப்பதற்கு அநியாயத்திற்கு அப்பாவி மனுஷனாக தெரிகிறார்.உயர் பதவி வேண்டாம் என மறுப்பதே மரியாதையை கூட்டுகிறது.

வட்டமிடும் வல்லூறுகளுக்கு மத்தியில் மணிப்புறா பறப்பதெப்படி?
