காங்கிரஸ் உறவை முறித்துக் கொண்டதற்கு, கருணாநிதிக்கு உலகத் தமிழர் முதல் உளுர் தமிழர் வரை பாரட்டுவதாக திராவிடர் கழகத் தலைவர் குஞ்சாமணி என்கிற வீரமணி பாராட்டியுள்ளார். இவரைப் போன்றே, தொல் திருமாவளவனும், கருணாநிதியை, இந்த முடிவை எடுத்ததன் மூலம், கருணாநிதி இமயமாய் உயர்ந்து உள்ளார் என்று பாராட்டியுள்ளார்.

Karunanidhi is not an ordinary politician, he takes every move carefully as he and his party to save his family. Unfortunately it is not in a safe position after 2G scam. Congress is also trying to eliminate DMK from Tamilnadu politics and take second position with Jr. members like DMDK, PMK, so then they have better control over them unlike DMK which is in commanding position. Congress never allows a strong leader in state politics even if he belongs to Congress. So overall it is good politics game by keeping future and long term strategy of their party in mind. Million dollar question - This alliance is going to pull other against each other because of mistrust.

1) Why should EVR beat Veeramani and break his stick?

I also think Kunjaamani's statement is made at the behest of Karuna - and the statement in a way accepts that they cannot expect Congress to come back and fall at Karuna's feet anymore. The Cong doors have been shut firmly on Karuna this time...No more blackmail...
It is now more than 24 hours after Karuna announced withdrawal of support to UPA. Not even a phone call has come from any leader in Congress. Even Thangabalu may not have called Karuna till now...And Karuna has shamelessly accepted it before the press..This means that Cong is saying good bye to Karuna...Hence Karuna is preparing his cadres for the elections and the eventual defeat...thats why Kunjaamani and Kurumavalavan are now talking about self-respect, self-dignity and all such non-sense... Where were their self-respect when they were busy licking Sonia's chappals?
The Tamils will never forgive or forget the traitor, Karuna and his party...The ghosts of hundreds of Tamils slaughtered in Tamil Ealam would come to haunt Karuna...he and his family will suffer even more because of the curse of all the Tamils, who lost their brothers, sisters, children in the hands of that blood-sucker Rajafuckse....
